Results Reporting

SQL Accord also allows you to print comparison results out. There are currently 2 variations available for printing. There is a simple HTML Differences list, which is printable (you can also save it to a file), but most users prefer the formatted Differences Report which gives a nice presentation quality view of the differences broken out into different categories, and listing specifics as well. This report can be previewed, printed and exported into a variety of formats including PDF, Excel, HTML, RTF, and plain text. This makes sending an electronic copy of the results to someone very easy.
